This home is perfect for visiting Atlanta! Its close to everything
want to give the car a rest? walk the wooded path to downtown Kirkwood for bakery, coffee, bars, restaurants, nail shop, books and more. So good
the house provided ample space for everyone to have their own private oasis for recharging and multiple common areas - dining, kitchen and TV room - best of all was the deck at night.
The available washer and dryer helped save my favorite shirt after an unfortunate coffee spill on the drive down.
Also, it has a bathtub (kids and adults alike)! I particularly enjoyed the multiple lighting features throughout the house. Plenty of bright white light yet also softer yellow lights for those who struggle with extreme brightness of the pure white light.
5 stars! Highly recommend

We loved the place. I used to live in Atlanta. Visit frequently to visit friends now. Usually stay in other areas but wanted to try the East Lake area. Still close to what you need. Nice neighborhood and the HOUSE is stellar. Lots of little details have been addressed to make this a home away from home. Could stay there for a month. The downstairs extra living unit is great by itself but certainly affords privacy for a larger group stay. The artwork and flow are well thought out. A real gem.

I joined my friends to celebrate my birthday at Nate’s home and we loved the house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and I’d definitely book it again.

The place is amazing! I would stay again. Cleanliness is so important to me and this place was very clean. Nate is an excellent host. Excellent communication and really cares about making sure his guests enjoy their stay. I highly recommend Nate’s place!

The place was as described and as the pictures present. Everything felt like new and well cared for. Everything was very clean, which to us is a major criteria. Nate was proactive in communicating and always replied immediately.
IMPORTANT: Nate has few basic and common-sensical rules for checking out. But he doesn’t impose all kinds of extra pre-cleaning / pre-departure tasks that has become Airbnb’s distinguishing drawback even as you pay a bundle in cleaning fees. Kudos to Nate & Ashley for their common sense and for putting the cleaning fess to work.

Tastefully furnished and incredibly comfortable bed! This is a great place to rest your head while preparing to (or recovering from) exploring the city!
We had a huge storm move through and as a basement often does, we had some flooding in the bathroom. Nate was exceptionally timely in addressing and fixing this minor hiccup.
His communication throughout our stay, the attention to detail throughout the unit, and general kindness shows his dedication to his property and his guests.
Just a note: there is no washer/dryer in this unit. Additionally, the main house upstairs is also rented periodically and can increase foot traffic and general noise within the unit. This did not take away from our experience, but is important to know!

I highly recommend this property. It’s beautifully decorated with top notch finishes. Towels and linens are what I would buy for my own home. Very clean and very comfortable with lots of room! Area is great as well. Very convenient to all the sites and great restaurants. Nate, the host, is very responsive and accommodating. You can’t go wrong with this booking.
