As soon as you step foot in this beautiful 1900-square feet main floor unit, you're welcomed by a very stylish yet highly comfortable open floor plan living area. It is designed and decorated in an elegant manner that complements the fantastic and central Atlanta location. There are 2 units in the home. Guests from the other unit will not have access to your unit. If you prefer to rent the entire home which includes the guest suite basement unit, you can do so by visiting airbnb.com/h/bluehavenatl. Units are separated by locked interior stairs, and have separate exterior entrances. If you rent the entire home, codes to these doors will be provided for full access. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area are where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the home very bright during the day, accenting the hardwood floors, and enhancing the luxurious ambiance. NO PETS ALLOWED We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. SECURITY CAMERAS For the protection of our guests and property, there are security cameras located outside of the home at all entrances. The cameras record video and sound. The cameras are for the safety of our guests and protection of our home. We value your privacy and do not constantly monitor them.
