Blue Haven ATL

The place was as described and as the pictures present. Everything felt like new and well cared for. Everything was very clean, which to us is a major criteria. Nate was proactive in communicating and always replied immediately. IMPORTANT: Nate has few basic and common-sensical rules for checking out. But he doesn’t impose all kinds of extra pre-cleaning / pre-departure tasks that has become Airbnb’s distinguishing drawback even as you pay a bundle in cleaning fees. Kudos to Nate & Ashley for their common sense and for putting the cleaning fess to work.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was conveniently located, making everything easily accessible. The host was fantastic—great communication throughout, and they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Highly recommend-Thank you again!
